Traditional-industry salaries have a ceiling, but the chairman and other senior executives are quite considerate of employees, and the company’s other benefits are also fairly good.

As long as you do your job well, don’t make any major mistakes, and are not unfortunately placed under some strange manager, you can basically work smoothly.

BTW, this review applies only to the Taiwan headquarters.
