Pros

Left the company in February 2017.

The company emphasizes that it provides overtime pay exceeding the requirements of the Labor Standards Act, but even if you try to apply for it, you will be given a hard time and told that part of your bonus will be deducted.

Overtime is frequent. Even though there is a compensatory leave system, you can only apply for it after 8 p.m.

Being five minutes late counts as tardiness, but working two hours past the end of the workday does not count as overtime.

The person in charge shows severe favoritism toward certain departments, and resources are always distributed unevenly.

The company claims to operate under a profit-center system, but the departments that make money always receive the fewest resources.

The only acknowledgment you receive is a remark from the person in charge at the year-end party or employee meetings that the department is always the strongest line of defense.

The administrative department always has to work overtime at the end of the month, without compensatory leave or overtime pay.

The supervisor even monitors employees’ personal vacation activities; married female colleagues may also be criticized for going out with coworkers.

The various IT programming departments work overtime almost every day, and employee turnover is high.

PMs in the warehouse, logistics, and product departments treat overtime as the norm, and employee turnover is also high.

Departments with similar functions have even been split into two, supposedly to cooperate and move forward together.

In reality, they compete viciously by fighting over resources.

The engineering department is always expected to assist with other departments’ tasks.

The PM and sales teams are always understaffed.

Engineers shoulder PM responsibilities without receiving any compensation.

People with prior work experience can see what this company is really like and leave within the three-month probationary period.

For fresh graduates, it can be a place to gain stable work experience before moving on to another job.
