Basically, Chung Pao is a company where the leaders set a bad example, and the people below follow suit. This is especially obvious at the branch-office level! The frontline staff are the ones who work themselves to death while earning the least, whereas the managers above them can’t do anything and only know how to talk?! The workload keeps increasing, but staffing hasn’t increased accordingly. No wonder this company is always short-staffed…
