The company’s labor and health insurance contributions are all at the minimum level, and there is no overtime pay. I’ve never even seen a payslip. Even when leaving work on time, you get asked whether you’ve finished your tasks—how absurd. The turnover rate is frighteningly high, yet the company never reflects on why it can’t retain people; it just keeps looking for unfortunate newcomers to replace the hard work people have put in. Pathetic.
