A long-established family business that employs a bunch of useless old-timers; the rookies shoulder all the difficult work, and the high turnover among rookies causes the company’s internal workforce to spin its wheels. It is unable to develop and retain talent, and your ability to flatter and curry favor determines how far you can go here!
