Let’s start with the pros: the office environment is beautiful, although the plants often get infested with bugs, so people with allergies should be careful.

The company’s employees are young—which is to say, they’re all very cheap. There’s hardly anyone to discuss things with, and the managers and supervisors are rookies too, with little strategy or brains, but it’s easier to get familiar with them?!

Also, it has practically nothing to do with Hon Hai; it’s purely used for self-hype and to fool newcomers. They can’t even afford to pay the licensing fees, and the benefits on the two sides are simply incomparable... = =

Another point is the high turnover rate. I heard that two large groups of experienced people left last year, and I also left after just a few short months, because I felt I wasn’t learning anything. On top of that, my supervisor kept badmouthing my colleagues to me... It was a bit bizarre.

A certain female supervisor loves comparing herself to a ship—yes, a ghost ship with no direction...
