I don’t know whether this is still the case, but based on my experience working there in the past, I would usually only go home to shower before heading back out. Working more than 16 hours a day was common.
Come here, learn what you can, and leave as quickly as possible. Never believe what the owner says. He goes around telling people, “I’m very generous with salaries,” but in reality, he only pays his favorites, while dangling grand promises in front of newcomers to get them to work themselves to the bone for him.
