I disagree with the opinions of the others:

1. I clearly work from home and don’t have to clock in at the company, so how could I expect the company to calculate overtime pay for me?

2. The workload is within a range I can accept, which makes it easy for someone like me who enjoys having personal time to arrange my schedule.

3. There is one scheduled day off each month, so I don’t have to work that day.

4. The salary level is somewhat higher than at other companies.

5. The company still provides labor and health insurance and statutory annual leave.

6. Many of my friends didn’t receive an annual bonus, but I still received one at this company.

7. We only come to the office for one meeting a month, and each meeting lasts only about an hour, so how could anyone say the meetings are inefficient?

This company has a more American-style management approach. They generally don’t micromanage you; as long as you deliver your work results, that’s all that matters. The salary, benefits, and workplace location and environment are all good. However, if you’re a strawberry generation employee who likes to take time off randomly, slack off, and chat online during work, thinking you can coast here, you might as well forget it. Based on my observations, this company is particularly quick to cut employees who don’t know how to behave.
