The work atmosphere is very bad. After all, it is a family business, and all the department heads have nepotistic connections.

When the two sides argue back and forth (almost every day), it is the people below who suffer. ~~ Clearly incompetent supervisors occupy supervisory positions, and turnover is very high.

Aside from the generous salaries they offer, all the other benefits are just for show and inaccessible!! Because it is a family business, the benefits are only available to supervisors and above.

As for the company’s systems, they are an absolute mess. Official documents are delayed (traditional paper documents), and few people know how to use the ERP system (turnover is too fast: those who know how to use it leave, those who do not do not want to use it, and those who want to use it are restricted by the user limit. Even checking something requires waiting and waiting~~~). Overall, efficiency is extremely poor; they are dealing with “feelings” instead of “issues.”

The enormous office building was built by covering over a parking lot. Only supervisors and above have parking spaces; everyone else has to compete for parking outside. It feels awful having to compete with others for a parking spot first thing in the morning. You have to arrive very early and leave very late, while only the royal relatives can leisurely arrive and park. This is not a benefit; it is a privilege!! So see through it!!

Unless they offer a very high salary, if you go there, just endure the psychological abuse for the sake of the money!!

I have heard on-site workers say that they are even docked pay for making defective products, yet the problems with reviewing the machines and improving the processes are never addressed.

The overtime is also excessive (and overtime pay cannot be claimed).
