1. The boss considers themself to have exceptionally refined taste and loves revising drafts. They also often start making major revisions or holding meetings right before the end of the workday, so overtime is the norm. Overtime pay? Being willing to work overtime is simply part of being serious and responsible—why should you be paid overtime?

2. Every trivial matter has to go through the boss, but the boss often hesitates and cannot make decisions. There are minor changes every day, a major change every two days, and an absolute complete reversal every week, causing the overall schedule to be delayed. Whose fault is it? Of course, it’s the employees’ fault!

3. Employees may suddenly be told on the day of work to support the opening of a new store. Once they arrive, however, they do not know what work they are supposed to do, so they can only handle miscellaneous tasks. The key point is that the work will definitely be dragged out until very late; sometimes employees even have to spend the night in another county or city (without prior notice).
