Senior management lacks accountability and shifts the blame to subordinates whenever something goes wrong. Before the Lunar New Year, they announced losses and large-scale layoffs at locations outside the Taipei headquarters, making it impossible for people to enjoy the holiday. They treat employees as disposable and do not take them seriously. The work experience has been very poor. The business manager has changed, and things are very different from when I first joined. The current manager only says unrealistic, empty words that are not helpful at all.
