Pros
This company only wants to make money, has no goals, doesn’t care about its employees’ well-being, offers no benefits, and pays overtime only when it feels like it. Company policies also change constantly, entirely depending on the boss’s mood. The sales manager is just as bad. Be extremely careful not to join this kind of company.
