The biggest problem with this company is the boss, who has absolutely no respect for employees and thinks they are all idiots, often using humiliating language when speaking to them. On the surface, the boss keeps saying that employees do not need to work overtime, yet will call them in for meetings after work, with each meeting lasting several hours. The way things are handled is extremely inefficient and the management style is highly authoritarian; every matter, big or small, must be approved by the boss, and there is no middle management.
