Pros
Amkey RAPAQ has an extremely high employee turnover rate. Within three years, it changed CEOs three times and CTOs four times, and the turnover among ordinary employees is even higher. In short, Amkey RAPAQ is dominated by petty people, while the virtuous are sidelined; bad money drives out good!
