I worked as a front-end engineer for three months.
At the time, I resigned because I felt that my skills were still insufficient (I had no understanding of object-oriented programming at all).
The supervisor was very kind and initially gave me time to learn gradually, asking me to stay.
Looking back now, I really regret resigning... (because I now understand more advanced languages and object-oriented programming as well).
There was an IT technical exchange every week, where everyone shared new technologies with one another, and it was very enjoyable.
The overall atmosphere was quite good.
During the probation period, the salary was the expected salary discussed during the interview, and afterward I was told that it would be increased by another 2K.
It is a very conscientious company. I never had to work overtime while I was there, although everyone would still voluntarily stay an extra 10–20 minutes.
