This is truly a terrible company. The benefits and bonuses listed on 104 are just for show. In over a year of working there, I never received any bonuses; the only thing I got was a cheap gift box at last year's Mid-Autumn Festival. There was not even a year-end bonus or an end-of-year party... I really want to curse them out. They always treat employees like idiots, thinking people don't know how much money they make. The construction sites have data that can be checked. To sum up last year... it was like helping them earn a day's worth of money every two days. They make so much money, yet there are no bonuses. If you have the ability and the opportunity, you really shouldn't stay at this company.
