Although it is an electronics company and the company is profitable, its personnel management follows the traditional industry management model.

Some managers there rely on their seniority, put on a show, and throw their weight around as managers (without the slightest sense of professionalism). They have no concept of management or teamwork! They are managers only because they are long-serving employees who were promoted, and they possess only basic job skills. Well, it should be said that this group’s thinking and work methods have remained stuck at the time they joined the company. During their time at the company, they have not received ongoing on-the-job education or training.

If you are looking for breakthrough development, I do not recommend going there. If you want a stable salary, you may consider it.
