Salaries are generally low—you have to put in 180% effort to have a chance of earning 80% of the market salary level. At the annual year-end banquet, you’ll almost always hear about how ambitious next year’s goals are, yet everyone is asked to “weather the difficult times together.”

For a fresh graduate, it can be a place to gain experience for a year or two. However, if your career aspirations do not lie in ERP and you have greater ambitions regarding salary, staying too long is not advisable.
