Pros
The company doesn't have a time clock, and there is no overtime pay.
Also, if there's too much work to handle, working overtime on holidays doesn't come with compensatory leave either.
The salary is just as initially agreed upon; there is no overtime-pay bonus.
As for profit sharing, if you're not in R&D, don't bother.
