She thinks clocking in for employees is equivalent to complying with the Labor Standards Act. She thinks not paying year-end bonuses is a way to test employees’ loyalty. She thinks the work employees do overtime doesn’t count as a cost. She thinks one boxed meal is enough to have employees work overtime until nine or ten at night. She thinks that even after canceling Saturday and Sunday overtime pay, everyone would still be willing to come in and work overtime for free. Tell me, if that isn’t dreaming, what is?
