This company's management system is extremely fragmented.
The communication channels are not smooth.
Things are done one way today and another way tomorrow.
Everything is treated as a priority, with no planning whatsoever.
We have held several meetings, but the outcome of each meeting has been decided on the spot.
The company does not treat employees as assets and makes promises to them recklessly. It wastes a great deal of talent and resources.
