The boss’s famous quote is: “What is the Labor Standards Act? The government is just making a mess! You’re not laborers; you’re creative people. Working overtime is only natural!”

1. No compensatory leave for overtime 2. No overtime pay 3. Overtime is the norm of all norms

Sometimes working until 11 or 12 p.m. is considered normal!

Sometimes you have to help with department-store counter setups or new-store openings until two or three in the morning, but you still have to show up for work on time the next morning!

The boss is extremely disrespectful!!
