Pros

The company openly and unapologetically ignores the Labor Standards Act.

Labor insurance is provided only at the minimum level.

Also, the company may have around 80% of its sales staff consisting of older women because the boss wants to save money.

Some people do not even understand computers but are still expected to take on design projects.

Then they expect you to help clean up everything for them.

That would be bad enough, but they also randomly alter the things you make, turning them into something colorful and sparkly.

The boss also has very little respect for professional expertise.

There have been cases where people were pressured into doing unrelated work without receiving additional pay.

(For example, asking a colleague who knows photography to shoot commercial photos, asking a colleague who knows video editing to edit videos, or asking someone with 3D skills to create 3D models, etc.)

If you refuse, they apply intense pressure, saying, "I'm your boss. If I tell you to do something, you do it."

There are also problems with taking leave.

The company tries to nickel-and-dime everything: overtime pay, annual leave, and so on.

But they even try to nickel-and-dime bereavement leave.

I once heard that someone wanted to take bereavement leave but was not allowed to.

They were bluntly told, "Don't keep quoting the Labor Standards Act at me! We're not TSMC; we have our own way of doing things."

Even after that employee changed the request to personal leave, money was still deducted from their year-end bonus.

(The Labor Standards Act does not regulate year-end bonuses, so there is no way to control this.)

The company also has 360-degree surveillance cameras with no blind spots, plus listening devices in almost every area.

Even the phones are monitored.

Company policies change from one day to the next. Often the rule is A, but as soon as a client makes a fuss, the boss changes it.

Rules such as limiting revisions to three rounds are all fake.

Revisions continue until the end of time—until the seas run dry and the rocks crumble.

Oh, and the boss judges whether someone is working seriously based on whether they frequently work overtime~
