No need to clock in or out. The frequency of overtime depends on the department, but there is no overtime pay (because there is no clocking-in system). However, you can take compensatory time off.
The company atmosphere is good, and everyone is nice and easy to get along with.
The company does not provide computers. You need to prepare your own laptop for work (but you can receive a subsidy of approximately NT$25,000, paid over three years).
However, if the manager for the position you are applying for has a name starting with R, you must be willing to take on any task and be skilled at cleaning up messes.
