Let’s start by commenting on the salary. The salary is high for Changhua, but basically, the company will try every possible way to deduct money from your pay. You’ll feel especially strongly that the company is trying to take advantage of you when you leave. HR also treats you very well on the surface, but privately deducts the money you’re entitled to under all kinds of pretexts. Anyway, I still ended up leaving = = The company’s annual dividends are very high, yet it always tells employees that it didn’t make money and keeps deducting money here and there. I guess that’s probably what financial performance looks like...
As for the job itself, the chairman basically has initiative and ideas, but the deeply entrenched management structure in Taiwan is mostly just going through the motions. They don’t properly think about what should be done; instead, they simply follow orders without considering whether anything makes sense. They work without even knowing what they’re doing. At the company, you’re incredibly busy, but in the end, there are no results—just emptiness. If you leave to look for another job, this work experience isn’t particularly useful, but it’s very easy to coast along inside the company for your whole life!
Basically, I still recommend working there. It’s quite suitable for saving money and spending your whole life there~
