The boss is very good at public speaking—a typical cultured, literary speaker—and treats people kindly. He is also a devout Christian. However, the organization’s leadership is very poor. Major company matters require consultants from a certain business management consulting firm to make internal company decisions, and the organizational structure is frequently changed, which can easily leave people at a loss. They are also only willing to pay low salaries while demanding extremely high-quality work.
