The colleagues are nice.

Working overtime every day is normal here, and there is no overtime pay. Even if you work yourself to death, your salary will not be any higher.

The supervisor frequently makes personal attacks against subordinates. Honestly, it is very painful to work in a situation where no one teaches you.

You can only rely on your colleagues for things you do not know; the supervisor only talks and takes no action. You cannot learn anything here. If you want to come, you are on your own.
