The interview process was very disrespectful. The interviewer kept interrupting from the moment I started introducing myself. I was only informed halfway through my introduction that another interviewer had not joined yet. During the interview, the interviewer kept scrolling on their phone and seemed not to value the conversation with the interviewee. They casually left midway through and were replaced by another interviewer, who then repeatedly pointed out the interviewee’s shortcomings with an displeased expression and appeared impatient. The job responsibilities were never discussed in detail from beginning to end. The entire process was unpleasant and disappointing.
