The manager seems nice and will first tell you where you can and cannot park nearby.
You need to be strong in both front-end and back-end development (you have to work alone and do everything yourself; by comparison, the salary is relatively low, with only a graphic designer providing image assets),
You need to build things from scratch (they do not provide commonly used code, possibly because there are too few staff and no one has organized it; you have to figure things out and organize everything yourself),
You need to know ASP.NET and MSSQL, as well as non-Windows systems, MongoDB, and so on—you practically need to be able to do everything.
You also need to be immediately productive (projects are rushed, and they do not want to give new hires an adjustment period).
The projects described are mostly for government agencies, so the requirements are likely to be higher. They seem to want to give people the impression that they are looking for “someone with stronger abilities” (many bosses use this tactic to create the illusion that “you are not good enough” and drive down salaries).
