Few employees. The company members generally lack professionalism (there are no architects or professionals with relevant certifications). Overtime is compensated with time off (in 2016, this led to a vicious cycle of working overtime in order to make up for the time off). The designs do not take any regulations into consideration. There are fire safety issues.
