Putting on a superficial show for the chairman is enough to get by easily; the chairman’s girlfriend (now officially recognized as his partner) does not have much work experience. Preparing attractive reports and beautifying the marketing figures is enough to pass inspection.

Does not respect professionalism. The chairman has the final say, and even the general manager and department heads cannot make decisions! They like manipulating the media. They used to enjoy riding bicycles for the media to see, and later got into esports. Because they trapped the famous LoL player Westdoor in a contract, they were despised by Taiwanese players and acquired the nickname “Black T.” Later, the esports team was disbanded, so they could only return to their core business of making computer chassis, cases, and similar products. The chairman may use underhanded tactics, so read the employment contract carefully when signing it!
