During the interview, they told me that everything complied with the Labor Standards Act ^_^
The employee turnover rate is extremely high. One person handles multiple positions, with a responsibility-based work system. You have to work overtime every day (at least, that was the case while I was employed), sometimes as late as 11:30 p.m. ^_^ There was no overtime pay.
The upper management’s instructions constantly changed and they were extremely emotional, showing absolutely no respect for employees.
There are countless incidents; please consider this carefully.
They are recruiting all year round. Don’t they ever reflect on themselves? ^_^ Hahahahahaha
