This is the harshest company I have ever worked for. There was no labor or health insurance, and only six days off per month. The salary for both morning and day shifts was NT$22,000–23,000. I don’t know how much it has changed in 2020. They even tried to profit from their employees’ money: food purchased at the shop was charged at full price, with no employee discount. They could only lure in high school graduates without work experience. As for benefits, there were none at all. There was no double pay during the Lunar New Year, so they were seriously short-staffed, had a very high turnover rate, and were constantly hiring.
