Pros
They tell you about a bunch of benefits, but in the end it’s all bullshit.
Cons
They require you to come to work on days off; if you don’t, you’ll be asked to attend an interview. There’s no overtime pay. Business trips and training are counted as days off, with no pay. The holiday bonuses are NT$1,000, deducted from your salary. The base salary is low, but the performance requirements are high.
