Read the community guidelinesI got along well with my colleagues at the time.
But it seems that the current colleagues have left behind some people who lack self-awareness~
If you want to learn something here or showcase your talents, please don't bother submitting your résumé, okay? :))
【The following is an analysis from various perspectives; friends from all walks of life, please feel free to supplement anything that may be lacking.】
〈Industry standing〉
The company has a very poor reputation in the industry. Its products have no results, and its videos are translated from Japan. It repeatedly reuses old content, causing engagement on social media platforms to decline steadily. It has a notorious reputation among agencies: some contacts hang up immediately upon hearing “C CHANNEL.” No major brands want to work with this company, and former employees do not dare list it on their résumés. Most feel that this work experience is a stain on their careers—embarrassing!
〔Company profitability〕
The boss has a narrow outlook and enjoys engaging in small-scale projects every day, hoping to achieve large returns with minimal investment. He has never considered making a large investment to obtain even greater returns. The boss simultaneously serves as the head of corporate planning, sales, and editorial, but the key point is that he cannot do any of these three things. Every day, he wants to accompany the sales team to meet clients. The sales team is already a rotten fish one by one, and with the boss’s completely illogical and loophole-ridden sales pitch, ordinary people would want to end the meeting after listening to him for 30 seconds.
〈Company benefits〉
There is no year-end bonus or any of the three traditional holiday bonuses at all!
〈Working conditions〉
1. Exploitative intern system:
Full-time employees’ duties are handed over to interns, making it extremely difficult for each department to operate during the summer and winter vacations. The company also often dumps the sales department’s messes on interns to handle. The poor students do not dare to resist and simply accept it silently.
2. Pointless and impromptu meetings:
Every day, employees have to attend pointless meetings with the boss. The boss likes to fill every day’s schedule with meetings and expects employees to dance along, then messages employees on LINE after work to ask about progress. From time to time, he even makes requests in the company group chat after 10 p.m. on Sunday for a meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, without anyone knowing what is supposed to be discussed~
3. Voice messages and calls on holidays:
He makes meaningless requests on holidays, often through voice messages. For example, if he is about to meet a certain client, he will name an employee and ask them to find information for him. Sometimes employees receive calls, but they are usually not emergencies either!
4. Amnesia and going back on his word:
The boss puts on a daily farce of amnesia. He forgets which materials he has reviewed, which meetings he has held, and whom he has made appointments with. Even when a decision has clearly been approved in a meeting, he forgets about it a few days later and scolds employees for making decisions on their own. He refuses to admit that it was his own decision. He has even sent a draft that a colleague showed him directly to a client, then complained that the colleague was irresponsible and insufficiently proactive.
5. Dismissal for suggestions he dislikes:
Quite a few employees have been willing to offer sincere suggestions for improving the business and platform. However, as long as a suggestion does not align with the boss’s ideas, he treats it as evidence that the employee is irresponsible or has failed to provide direction. After this happens repeatedly, he simply dismisses employees who do not comply with his wishes. As a result, talented people cannot be recruited, and capable people cannot be retained!
6. Treating the humiliation of employees as entertainment:
He often berates employees in meetings, spreads rumors among colleagues every day, speaks ill of colleagues to one another, and pins baseless accusations on them. Most of this is simply an outlet for the boss’s unreasonable emotions. From time to time, it creates a sense of alienation within the department because nobody can understand the boss’s true intentions. Colleagues who cannot take it anymore simply leave on their own.
7. Arrogant and unwilling to take responsibility:
He often takes credit for employees’ hard work. Because he frequently fails to understand the situation, he describes every sales achievement as though he had bestowed a great favor. Whenever he makes contact with someone externally, he acts as if he has gained the whole world, which is truly laughable. This kind of boss is common, but when something goes wrong, he is the first to run away; in the end, you are left to shoulder the consequences of his mess!
8. Outdated ideas enforced stubbornly:
He does not know where these outdated concepts come from, yet insists on forcing employees to implement them. Once the results fail to meet his expectations, he shifts all the problems onto the employees. The situation is already difficult enough, and having to endure this is truly despairing.
I hope this information is useful to everyone~
【The following is the work experience of another anonymous person】
Because Miko International Marketing Company has closed down,
it changed its name to C CHANNEL Third Channel Co., Ltd.
But in fact, the two companies have been the same company from the very beginning.
The owners are the same too.
Currently, all job openings on 104 are posted by C CHANNEL,
so they have all been consolidated into this discussion thread for everyone's convenience in browsing. Thank you~

Most colleagues are easy to get along with, and you can make good friends...
That's all.
[Think carefully before joining]
Before you join, the boss will use a lot of polished words to tell you many nice things. But not long after you officially start working at the company, you will discover that the actual job responsibilities are completely different from what was initially described, or that you may be transferred between departments arbitrarily.
[Promotion System]
The boss may only give you a raise if they like you; you have to be completely obedient.
[Company Culture]
Every day, from morning until night, you have to attend meetings with the boss on different topics, meetings outside meetings, meetings outside those meetings... and there will almost never be any conclusions, because the boss is unfocused when speaking, difficult to communicate with, and has poor comprehension. This wastes employees' time and affects work efficiency.
[Salary and Benefits]
There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, there are hardly any benefits to speak of, and don't expect too much from the year-end bonus.
[Company Situation]
1. The employee turnover rate is extremely high.
2. The boss often sends messages or tags employees in group chats during sleeping hours at night, and sometimes the content is completely unimportant.
