The boss is absent a lot.
The time when the boss is absent is when employees are most productive.
Cons
The boss is immersed in the pleasure of managing subordinates. Even though it is clearly a startup and presents itself externally as a startup, internally it insists on using the ways of a large company. The boss is a control freak; excessive and inappropriate management has dragged down the company’s efficiency, and going back on their word is an everyday occurrence.
