There are many interview questions (about 10–20), mostly rather boring ones... Once you start, there will probably be a lot of work. This company is only hiring one person for this position, and you’ll also have to move goods, clean the environment, blah blah... It feels like it would be very exhausting, because there is only one person doing everything. (The interview will TEST your Japanese proficiency; they will show you the Yahoo Japan Auctions bidding interface and ask you to translate it.)
