Did not respect the interviewees' time.
There were only 6–10 applicants on the 104 job platform.
The time was from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Yet they claimed that an interview had been delayed because someone was late.
But we waited for nearly an hour.
Moreover, I heard that they were actually conducting business dealings at the time.
If you want to conduct interviews, you should respect each other and set aside a confirmed time,
rather than wasting each other's time like this.
It damages the company's reputation.
