Large company
The interview is conducted as a group interview, but only a few applicants are hired.
If you want to try your luck, you can give it a shot. When there are many interviewees,
and your name is called last, you may have to wait nearly an hour.
Those who are hired are called out on the spot for a second interview with the manager.
The others are told to “wait for further notice,” which obviously probably means they were not hired.
It is also unclear what criteria are used to screen applicants; it seems to depend on whether the manager takes a liking to you. Even people with experience
may not be hired. A few applicants seemed to be former employees who had resigned before.
It seems they keep records of everyone internally. If the reason for leaving was not considered legitimate,
it seems the person might be blacklisted?? Interviewees have to sign an attendance book, and one column in it is labeled “blacklist”.....
As for the hiring criteria, well......um....it is unclear whether positions have already been promised to someone. Just treat the interview as an experience.
Personally, I feel group interviews are really inefficient. Why not include some logic and arithmetic questions?
Testing attention to detail might be more practical.....(the job requires carefulness) Conducting the interview solely verbally feels a bit casual.
Having to wait a long time for the interview and then being dismissed hastily does not feel very good.
It feels like the manager just has to take a liking to you.....
