They only notified me about an interview nearly a month after I submitted my résumé. During the interview, they kept asking questions unrelated to the position and also asked me to solve existing problems. After I helped resolve them, they said they needed to discuss it with the boss again. When I messaged to ask about it, they replied that they were looking to fill a position different from this one. What exactly are they trying to pull? It’s just a family business. I wish I had known earlier and not wasted my time going there!
