The interview process is divided into two stages. The first stage has you fill out excessively detailed personal information (including family circumstances, etc.). The interviewer—who felt like just a low-level employee—asked you to introduce yourself and explain why you left your previous company, then told you to go home and wait for a text message. They said the other details would be explained at the next information session, and that only after the second interview following the session would they decide whether to hire you.
The second interview runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. As soon as you arrive, they have you fill out a strange questionnaire (such as “Please define what success means to you?”). Then someone who seems like a direct-sales instructor comes in and gives a motivational lecture. The presentation begins with all kinds of nonsense, grandstanding, and strange videos. In short, they waste the entire morning without explaining what their company actually does or what the job would involve in the future.
I left without listening to the whole thing. The office area outside also looked like a direct-sales training session. Every employee visible was very young.
It feels like either direct sales or a job recruitment scam disguised as writing work, intended to collect personal information. You really don’t need to waste your time going.
