1. Convenient transportation; the company is very close to an MRT station
2. The computer-related equipment is good
Cons
1. The office space is simply a rented apartment in a building.
2. It is a startup company with a severe shortage of staff.
3. Text-based customer service staff are required not to take consecutive days off except in cases of major events such as weddings, funerals, or other important circumstances.
4. Travel allowances are provided based on performance... but there is no leave allowance, so it is just for show.
