Read the community guidelinesThere are two stages in total: a written test and an interview. The handwritten written-test questions vary depending on the position applied for, while the common subject consists of multiple-choice questions related to financial knowledge. The written test is mostly scheduled on weekday evenings. They first send an email asking whether you will attend and require you to reply to confirm, which is considerate of people who are currently employed and looking for a job. However, the written-test results are not announced.
The interview is held on a regular weekday, with no choice of time. Although it is a large-scale 1-on-8 interview, the process is fairly pleasant. First, you are asked to briefly introduce yourself, followed by questions about your education and work experience. There are no overly tricky questions or unfriendly remarks, and overall the interview experience is fairly pleasant.
The result arrives within about two weeks after the interview, which is reasonably fast.
The HR department is a mess; they may even send an email on the morning of the same day requiring applicants to reply by noon.
The interview schedule is poorly managed. The interview itself lasts about 10 minutes, but the waiting time is longer than the interview. HR also requires applicants to arrive on time, only for them to wait there anyway ^_^.
