Position applied for: Life Management Assistant
Job duties: It was agreed beforehand that the job would only involve sorting clothes and towels and organizing clothing-related chores, but it also requires distributing lunch, clearing away tableware, and feeding elderly people who refuse to eat.
You also have to come out to distribute snacks???
Moreover, staffing is severely inadequate. The main clothing-distribution task is handled by one person for 80 people (the fuller the facility, the more work there is). The physically demanding work means that people with bad knees or backs will end up with inflammation!!
They say lunch is provided, but that means food similar to what the elderly eat. It is recommended that you buy it and try eating it—after a few bites, you cannot finish it, and it is collected.
The employment contract states that wearing the work uniform incurs a deduction of 250. The administrative staff are very busy (they may forget to remind you verbally).
Even if you work for only one day, 250 is deducted—as long as you wear it! Pay attention to this!!!!!!!
This job is exhausting and demanding, with no end to the busyness. It is extremely, extremely tiring!!
