At one point, salaries were overdue for more than a month. Basically, this is a company without a genuine organizational structure, as it operates like a nepotistic family business. It is unwilling to seriously confront and improve its structural problems, so there is essentially constant staff turnover: for example, it may hire two people in a month, while three may leave.
