Pros
When I was at this firm before, there was a pretty great lawyer, Lawyer A, who was responsible for mentoring us.
I learned a lot.
But that lawyer resigned, so...
Cons
Often have to work overtime.
Sometimes you can smell cigarette smoke coming from the boss's office.
After Lawyer A left, it seems that no one is available to mentor new hires anymore.
