The boss requires “speed, quality, and high performance,”
The colleagues are all nice, but everyone is so busy they work around the clock; overtime is the norm~
Sales performance is everything: when performance is great, work is super busy; when performance is poor, they’ll let you go home and sleep.
Cons
The turnover rate is high; it’s a very fiercely competitive company~
