Read the community guidelinesThey were fairly polite on the phone.
After the phone call, there was no follow-up. They were very long-winded and wasted my time, constantly talking about their extensive HR experience, but they even got the position I applied for wrong. When I asked about the specific job duties, they couldn't answer. They didn't seem very professional... a really terrible HR person.
Nothing... If I really had to say something, I guess the HR person was fairly polite when welcoming me?
This company’s interview process is very disorganized... Right from the start, they give you test assignments to do work for them, which is basically like working for them in advance ==
The process on the day of the interview was extremely chaotic. The first person who interviewed me was very busy, so it ended relatively quickly. Then, for some inexplicable reason, a male engineer walked in. He said he wore many hats, including design, programming, and so on. Honestly, I really didn’t need to know how many accomplishments he had....
The point is, this person was extremely nitpicky and didn’t respect the interviewee’s time, dragging the entire interview out to nearly three hours. I was completely dumbfounded.
After that, once it ended, another person came in who seemed to be the person in charge in Taiwan, I guess. This person was fairly okay.
The benefits are great, but what's the use if you can't use them?
Wastes job seekers' time. During the five-stage interview process, I was even stood up by an interviewer. In the end, after completing the fifth stage, they brushed me off by saying, “The company culture isn't a good fit for you.”
