The conversation over the phone was quite engaging.
Cons
The starting salary is not high, so you need to rely on sales performance bonuses to increase your income. During the interview, they said they would notify me within a week regardless of whether I was accepted, but after a week there was only silence. It was not until about two months later that they replied via a message on the job bank, saying that after discussion, the company had decided not to hire me. This clearly differed significantly from what they said during the interview.
