The male boss asks you questions based on your résumé. Some of them are actually quite pointed. I didn’t mind a few questions, but when 9 out of 10 are like that, it feels terrible. It seems like he is trying to belittle you to lower your expected salary.
When I first interviewed with the company, they didn’t tell me about their benefits or approximate salary, nor did they describe the job responsibilities or product.
When I asked the boss about these things, he only replied, “If we notify you to come back for a second interview, we’ll tell you then.” His tone was quite unpleasant.
So, if you plan to interview at this company, I strongly advise you to prepare yourself mentally and be ready for a high-pressure experience.
